I'm switching LJs, because I'm sick of this highly lame screen name that I've had for a thousand years.

My journal is friends only.
Why? Because I like knowing who is reading my LJ.
Comment to be added. Don't bother commenting if:
-You type like an idiot. I am obsessed with grammar. It doesn't have to be a college English report in every entry, but type out your words (that is, "u" and "2" are unacceptable substitutes for "you" and "to/too") and employ periods and commas if nothing else.
-You are a hateful person toward any group(s) of people. This includes majority groups as well as minorities. For example, "I hate Christians" is no better than saying "I hate Jews/homosexuals/Mexicans/etc." Disliking individuals is fine, but generalizations are a bad thing.
-You share none of my interests. Unless I know you personally already, there's a good chance I won't add you back unless we have at least a little in common.
-Your LJ entries consist primarily of memes and quizzes. They're wonderful every once in a while, but everything in moderation.
-You live in my city. Unless we're good friends, chances are I won't add you back. It's a privacy thing.
-You have millions of colorbars and huge graphics on your userinfo. It doesn't speak highly of you, though it is a forgivable offense.
